Our History
ESG Residential was founded in 2022 to solve a fundamental problem: The UK's traditional social and affordable housing delivery model is broken. In response, we assembled a team of industry leaders to engineer a superior, cost effective delivery solution, operating as a strategic delivery partner rather than a transactional supplier.
Our delivery system is designed to manufacture both high-quality integrated panel products and create local circular prosperity, and we look forward to launching our first ESG Residential Manufacturing Academy in Q2 2026. This marks the next step in our mission to deliver measurable returns for our Investors and build a resilient future for the communities we serve together, creating circular economies with social impact.
